Steven Harris Music is a non-smoking, non-vaping environment.

When booking studio time a 50% deposit is required to hold your preferred date.  To cancel a booking, seven days notice is required for a refund of the deposit.

All recorded media from a session remains the property of Steven Harris Music until payment has been received in full. 

While every effort is made to ensure reasonable site and cyber security,  Steven Harris Music accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to clients’ property on our premises.  

Any wilful damage to any of Steven Harris Music’s property by clients will require full payment by the client.

Steven Harris Music makes every effort to maintain equipment and facilities to the highest professional standards.  However, Steven Harris Music accepts no liability for loss, costs or damage arising from any defects in the equipment, facilities, and final product provided.

Steven Harris Music makes no warranties expressed or implied, with reference to services and/or personnel furnished by it, and shall not be liable for any failure to perform the services for any cause whatsoever. Steven Harris Music will not be held responsible for any loss of or damage to client data or any other data for any reason whatsoever.
